Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups pork baked beans
    1 cup pineapple tidbits
    3 slices of bacon, crumbled
    1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp dried chopped onion
    1 tbsp mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 1 ½ quart round baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Makes six to eight servings.

    Very Good
    Very good. Would not have thought about putting in pineapple but it works. I added some red pepper flakes and hot sauce for a kick. - 8/31/09
