    Soymilk - light, 1/4 cup
    Water - 1/2
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)
    Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), .33 serving (remove)
    Almond Sugar Free Syrup - 1 tsp

Directions

Boil water, soy milk, and almond syrup (be careful not to boil over); add oats and cranberries. Cover with lid; remove from heat; let sit for 8 to 10 minutes.
