Introduction
It's a thin week - we have several kinds of vegetables in the house but not much in the way of meat. This is my attempt at a vegetarian dinner with what we have in the house. Those who are not strict vegetarians might like a poached egg on top. It's a thin week - we have several kinds of vegetables in the house but not much in the way of meat.
