1 tbsp packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp ancho chile powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb raw shrimp shelled and deveined
3 med peaches cut into 1 in chunks
1 bunch green onions cut into 2 in pieces
Directions
combine brown sugar, chile powder, paprika cunin cayenne 1/4 tsp sale and 1/4 pepper add shrimp and peaches toss to coat evenly.
