    1 mango
    1 avocado
    2 roma tomatoes
    1 green onion
    1 tsp lemon juice
    sea salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Dice mango, avocado, tomatoes and green onion. Combine with lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes. Derve over fish or rice. Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
