Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Potato
    1 ear Sweet Corn
    1 fresh beetroot
    1/2 celery stick
    1 onion
    1 Leek
    4 cheery tomatos
    1 cup red lentils
    2 cups of water
    Seasoning

Directions

Chop everything up, throw into the pot, cook, blend and enjoy.

Very filling! Great to have as a snack or a dip when you're on the go.
