    1 pckg Uncle Ben's Ready Rice Brown And Wild Rice
    3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
    Scallions, raw, 4 medium, chopped
    Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 1 cup
    2 Avocados sliced
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup cherry tomatoes


Prepare rice according to package directions. When rice is ready, stir in the chicken and scallions; add the dressing and toss well. Pour into a serving dish and chill for up to 1 hour. Toss avocados with the lemon juice. Garnish salad with avocadoes, nuts and cherry tomatoes.
