Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 15 ounce can sweet whole kernal corn, drained
    1 10 ounce can crushed green chile peppers
    2 cups thick and chunky salsa
    Salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix beans, corn, green chiles, and salsa in a bowl and pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
Bake covered for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve

Serving Size: Makes 6 one-cup servings
