    mustard if desired

Directions

Hard boil egg. Add a bit of mustard on top and wrap with 3 slices of the deli turkey. Add a slice of weight watchers whole wheat toast and some fruit on the side if desired. Adjust calories, fat, and carbs accordingly. Also makes a quick snack.
