This is a recipe that I received from a Linder's customer, it's one his favorite appetizers. This is not a low fat item, but something fun to make for a special barbeque. Ingredients

    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
    1 pound Italian sausage
    1 pound of bacon, each strip cut in half
    24 Jalapeno peppers

Directions

Mix sausage with cheddar cheese and stuff peppers, you can either scoop out the seeds or leave them in the pepper. It depends on how spicy you want you peppers to be. Wrap pepper with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Grill until sausage is done and cheese is melted.
