Introduction

Instead of grilled ham and cheese, I decided to try grilled roast beef, cheddar/mozzarella, with dijon mustard. I made it with white because that's what I had on hand, but rye bread sounds good.
Tasty and filling, even just 1/2 sandwich.

Ingredients

    Bread, white, Bunny, large (1 serv = 1 slice), 2 serving (remove)
    *Kroger Roast Beef deli slices - 2 oz serving, 1 serving (remove)
    *Sargento Cheddar-Mozzarella, 2 serving (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    *Meijer Dijon Mustard (1 tsp), 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Spread bread with butter and mustard (1 side, lay down in small skillet, apply mustard, 1 slice cheese, beef, other slice cheese, spread other bread with mustard and lay on top (mustard side down) then spread remaining 1 tsp butter on top of bread. Grill carefully on med heat - about 5 minutes or until browned.
Cut in half and share!

Serving Size: 2 servings of 1/2 sandwich each
