Ingredients

    6 onions
    1/4 cup paprika
    8 oz. sour cream
    2T. butter
    1 lb. beef (cubed)
    16 oz. package egg noodles (or other pasta)

Directions

1. Dice onions (large dice) and brown in butter
2. cut up beef
3. combine beef and browned onions into a dutch oven and add paprika, simmer for 2 hours
4. cook noodles according to package directions to be done at the same time as the beef and onion mixture
5. add sour cream to beef and onion mixture
6. serve over noodles

Serving Size: makes 8 servings: 1 cup noodles, 1 cup goulash
