Ingredients

    93% lean ground turkey 1lb
    fat free cream of mushroom soup 1 can
    fat free sour cream 1 cup
    skim milk 1cup
    flour 1/4 cup
    beef bouillon cubes 2
    worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    no yolk whole wheat egg noodles 12 oz pack

Directions

saute ground turkey (add onions if you wish) mix together 2 bouilon cubes, 1 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup flour in a mixing bowl whisk until smooth (bouillon will soften but not fully dissolve) Add mushroom soup to meat then stir in milk/flour mixture, mix well then add spices and worcestershire sauce. bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile cook noodles to desired tenderness. Remove meat mixture from heat fold in sour cream garnish with a sprinkling of paprika seve over noodles (or brown rice if you like)
