Introduction
Easy freezer and cupboard version with high protein and fiber. I serve with a small nuked potato and top the tater sour cream, decadent, delicious, and super filling.NOTE: nutritional value does NOT include seasoning, so sodium is way off! Ingredients

2 packets taco seasoning
32 oz frozen chicken breasts2 cups frozen corn, pepper, onion mix (tex mex- 1 package)
4 cups salsa
2 cans (15 oz ea) black beans, with liquid (Get the spicy kind with green chiles, if you like more spice)
Directions
Toss all into a crock pot and cook for 7 hours. Remove all chicken breasts and shred with a fork, put back into crock pot with the awesome sauce.

Great over a potato, with sour cream. YUMMY. (I tend to bake a slew of potatoes and just package them up with one cup of salsa chicken-- great frozen meal on the go.)
