Introduction

Ingredients

    Quinoa (1 cup)
    Yellow Pepper (diced)
    Shiitake Mushroom (2 diced)
    Fajita Sauce (4 tbsp)
    Water (2 cups)
    Cheese, parmesan to garnish

Directions

In a rice cooker, pour 1 cup of quinoa, 2 cups water, 4 tbsp of fajita sauce/marinade (or marinade of choice), 1 diced bell pepper, and 2 diced shiitake mushrooms (or mushroom of choice). Let cook for 20 minutes or until rice cooker is finished.
