    1 medium ripe banana
    1 C/250mls milk
    1 egg
    1/4C/60g Margarine melted
    1 1/2C/180g Self raising flour
    1/2C/120g sugar
    3/4C/120g Chocolate chips


In a mixing bowl mash the banana, add the milk, egg, and melted margarine. Mix well.

Stir the flour, sugar and choc chips into the banana mixture, mix only until combined.

Spoon the mixture into well greased muffin tins or patty cases.

Bake in an oven 190 degrees C/370 degress F for 20 minutes.
