Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, skin & bone removed
    1/2 C Silk soy milk
    1/2 C bread crumbs, plain
    1/3 C permesan cheese, grated

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Cut the chickin breast in half then dip the chicken in a bowl of soy milk, then roll in the crumb mixture to coat. Place in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
