Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Egg Product:

    6 egg whites
    1/4 cup instant non fat dry milk powder
    2 Tablespoons cold water
    4-5 drops yellow food coloring

    Southwestern Seasoning:

    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    1/8 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
    1/4 cup finely diced sweet red pepper
    1 Tablespoon minced shallots
    1 teaspoon minced Serrano pepper (optional)

Directions

Combine egg whites, dry milk powder, water and food coloring. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Using a wire whisk, beat egg mixture until frothy. Pour into air-tight container or cook right away. Product must be shaken before each use. Use up within 8 days.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 to 8 - 1/4 cup servings
