Ingredients
-
Jello Instant Pudding Sugar Free/Fat Free 1 oz box (White Chocolate, Banana or Vanilla flavor)
2 c. Milk
1 medium size banana
1 cup of pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 cup coconut
Directions
Make Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding according to directions on box with fat free milk. Use a little less milk than directions because there will be some juice from the pineapple. You can use White Chocolate, Banana or Vanilla flavored pudding.
Once pudding sets, slice banana into pudding and mix.
Drain the juice from the pineapple tidbits and add the pineapple to the pudding. I usually have the snack containers of pineapple. It would take 2 for this recipe.
Add 1/4 cup of coconut to the mix and stir it all together.
I made 5 servings by filling each container (those red lid containers that all KFC side items come in). It was the perfect size for just the right amount of dessert or special treat.
Serving Size: Makes 5 1/2 cup servings
