Introduction

This protein bars are delicious and will give you tons of energy to power through your workout! I got this recipe from my trainer and it is fabulous! This protein bars are delicious and will give you tons of energy to power through your workout! I got this recipe from my trainer and it is fabulous!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup natural peanut butter
    1 cup honey
    1 cup oats (like quaker oats)
    1 cup sliced almonds
    3 scoops vanilla protein powder
    cinnamon, to taste

Directions

Heat peanut butter and honey in a skillet until well blended (will become liquified). Stir in oats and almonds. Add in scoops of protein power, one at a time. Making sure to mix each one in before another is added. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan, and let cool in the refrigerator. Once cooled off, cut into 24 bars. You can also roll mixture into 24 balls and then cool if you prefer.
