Introduction

Ingredients

    Cabbage, one head (approximately 6 cups shredded)
    2 Carrots
    Onion, small
    1/3 c mayonnaise
    3 T light sour cream
    2 T cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Shred the cabbage, carrots and onion and mix together in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour dressing over the vegetables and stir.

Serving Size: Approximately 8 sevings, 1 cup each
