Introduction

This makes only 2 serving of brownie, either two small brownies, or one medium size one. This makes only 2 serving of brownie, either two small brownies, or one medium size one.

Ingredients

    4 Tbl whole wheat pastry flour
    2 Tbl cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    pinch salt
    2 Tbl applesauce, unsweetened
    1 Tbl maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp non-dairy milk
    2 Tbl vegan chocolate chips (mini if you can find them!)
    1 Tbl walnuts, chopped

Directions

preheat over to 350.

In a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients and mix pretty well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

You can use a small loaf pan, or I use a muffin pan and fill 4 cups about 1/3 of the way full.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, until a knife or toothpick come out clean.
