A smooth dip for pita chips - the best I've ever tasted! A smooth dip for pita chips - the best I've ever tasted!
Number of Servings: 8


    2 cups canned chick peas - drained (keep juice aside)
    1/2 cup tahini paste
    2 cloves of garlic
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp ground cumin (or more to taste)
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt


Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Process until smooth - adding extra canned juice (or water) until it is the consistency you like as a dip.
