Ingredients

    One 4.9 oz. package Farmhouse® Parmesan Pasta
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/8-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    2 Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
    1 cup hot water
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    2/3 cup milk
    1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 cup packed fresh basil, minced or 2 Tablespoons dry basil
    1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

1.In a large skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in oil.
2.Add water, wine, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
3.Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
4.Stir in shrimp, basil and spinach; cook 5-7 minutes longer or until shrimp is cooked through.
5.Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
