    Ingredients:
    1 small Cantalope
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) (remove)
    Limes, .25 fruit (2" dia) (remove)
    Ginger Root - fresh - thumb-size

Directions

Remove cantalope rind and seed. Remove banana peel. Remove fresh ginger root rind.

Place all ingredients in juicer.

* Add honey and Spirulina for added vitamins and minerals and sweetness.
