Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 oz linguine, cooked al dente
    2-6.5 oz. cans of chopped clams in clam juice, drained - save the juice
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    2 T olive oil
    1 tsp. dried parsley (1 T fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put 2 T olive oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, saute until clear. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste then pour in clam juice and white wine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add clams, simmer another 5 minutes.

Pour finished sauce over cooked linguine. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
