Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large cans of tuna
    4 tbsp Hellman's real mayo
    2 eggs (I used Eggland's Organic Brown)
    1.5 tbsp relish (came to 20g on my food scale)
    Garlic Salt
    Pepper
    Butter for the pan to cook it in
    Cajun spice

Directions

Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir it up.
Set skillet with butter in it to medium high, heat it up.
Form patties with the mixed ingredients.
Cook the patties, covered, till brown on each side (five minutes one side, two minutes on the other).

Eat!!

Serving Size: makes 6 4 inch patties
