Introduction

Great spread for picnics or work lunch. I had to pack a picnic lunch for a kayaking trip and this is what I had in the pantry. It was a hit! We served it with Ritz Garden Vegetable Crackers (the only thing in the pantry) It makes approx. 3, 3 oz sandwiches or can be used to top crackers for an appetizer. Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Salmon, canned 1/2 of a Large can
    Onion, 1/4 Medium
    Lowfat mayo, 2 T
    Curry powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until it is spread consistancy.

Serving Size: Makes three, 3 ounce servings for sandwich spread.
