Introduction

Ingredients

Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed Nabisco Graham Crackers (135 grams)
3 T. granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling:
1 pint fresh blueberries
3 T. honey
8 oz. Chobani 0% Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Directions
Prepare pie early in the day or night before.
Prepare blueberry filling: In a small saucepan over low heat cook blueberries and 1 T of water for approximate 45 minutes or until berries have thickened. Add honey, stir and cool to room temperature.
While berries are cooking, prepare graham cracker crust. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9-inch pie pan combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Mix well and press cracker mixture into pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Cool crust to room temperature.
Once berries and crust have cooled, whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in 1 cup of yogurt and 1/2 cup of cooked berries. Continue to gently stir until thoroughly combined. Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
Freeze pie for several hours or overnight. Take pie out of freezer at least 30 minutes prior to desired serving time. Slice pie into 12 slices. Spoon extra cooked berry sauce over pie slices as a garnish.
Other berries may be substituted for the blueberries.
