Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 C. Shredded Zucchini
    3/4 C. Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/4 tsp Ground Sage
    1/2 C Egg Beaters (or 2 large eggs)
    1/4 C Enova Oil (or Vegetable Oil)

Directions

Stir together all ingredients and pour into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 8 pie wedges.

Serving Size: Cut pie shaped into 8 servings
