Introduction

*Vermont Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 1 cup
*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1.4 lb
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1/4 cup
halved pecans chopped fine, 1/2 cup

Ingredients

    mix the chopped pecans & dried bread crumbs until completely combined. Then dip pork into syrup and then coat with the bread crumb mixture.

Directions

after coating pork with bread crumbs & syrup. Place in a baking sheet and bake about 35 min at 350 degrees.
