    2c cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
    2 baked eggplant (peeled)
    1 lemon juiced
    2 TBS raw apple cider vinegar
    1 TBS paprika
    2 tsp cumin seed (ground)
    2 tsp coriander seed (ground)
    1 tsp Tabasco
    1/4 ALSOSALT substitute
    1 tsp Bragg's Amino Acid Soy sauce

Directions

blend all ingredients in high powered blender.

Add to green salad or use as dip.
