Ingredients

    # Chicken Breast, no skin, 4.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    # Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    # Golden Curry Sauce Mix S&H entire package, 1 serving (the whole box is a serving)
    # Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    # *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup. Rice is cooked prior to adding to chicken mix.

Directions

slice onions thin, place in pan with pam spray to keep from sticking, cook over medium heat.

add chicken, cut into bite sizes pieces, cook completely.

Add water and break curry sauce mix into water. Stir until curry sauce mix dissolved.

Add in peas and carrots, and rice. Mix, simmer on low heat until desired thickness.

makes 5 large servings.
