Ingredients

    4 cups diced tomatoes
    1 medium cucumber, diced (2 cups)
    2 celery stalks, halved lengthwise and sliced thin (1 1/4 cups)
    1 medium red onion chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    several dashes hot pepper sauce - optional

Directions

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Toss well. Can be served immediately but best if chilled for a couple of hours.
