Ingredients

    4.5 cups Biscuick Heart Healthy all-purpose baking mix
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup Nonfat Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 450*F.

1) Reserve 4 TBSP baking mix.
2) Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
3) Roll mixture in reserved baking mix to form a rectangle.
4) Roll into a log and cut the log into 18 'slices' approx 3/4 inches thick each.
5) Place slices on a baking sheet then bake for about 9-13 minutes; until golden brown.

Makes 18 servings of 1 biscuit each.
