Introduction
Not a low calorie treat, but good for special occasions. If you wanted to lower the calorie count and make it healthier, I would suggest making the cookie mix from scratch with half whole wheat pastry flour and half all purpose flour, egg substitute, and possibly apple sauce. 2 Pkgs Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
2 Sticks Unsalted Butter (softened)
2 Eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1. Cream together your butter and eggs.
2. Add in the cookie mixes and combine thoroughly.
3. Spray your pan of choice with a butter spray, including the sides.
4. Spread mixture on either a round pizza pan or a baking sheet. I used a rectangular baking sheet which was approximately 1/4 inch thick.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 15-20 minutes or until a light golden brown on top.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool thoroughly before decorating.
***NOTE: Calorie count does not include any icing or other decorations.
