Ingredients

    1 cup pre-cooked short-grain white rice
    1/2 cup rinsed black beans from can
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp roasted garlic hummus
    2 tbsp chive and onion cream cheese


Directions

Take a small non-stick frying pan and put in olive oil, garlic (minced), black pepper, black beans (from can), and cooked white rice. Cook over medium heat until food is hot. Pour contents from pan onto a plat and top with cream cheese and hummus.
