Ingredients

    2 rolls of cookie dough (or 1 family size)
    2 pkgs of cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup of sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350

-Take the first roll (or half of the big roll) and spread it at the bottom of a 13x9 pan
-Soften the cream cheese in the microwave on defrost setting in small increments (don't let it get too hot or soupy)
-Add eggs, sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese and beat with the electric mixer until it is creamy and smooth
-Poor over the first layer of cookie dough and spread the next roll of cookie dough on top of the cheescake filing.
-Cook until the top is golden like a cookie would look like when it is done. You will start to see the sides of the cheesecake get golden too
