Ingredients

    1 lb cooked shrimp, tails removed
    2 bell peppers (any color), sliced/chopped
    1 cup mushroom slices
    1/2 cup sugar snap peas
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp honey

Directions

stir fry all ingredients together until shrimp is heated through and veggies are still crisp

Serving Size: makes 6 equal servings (approx 1 cup)
