Ingredients

    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)
    Couscous, 10 oz, dry, yields (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Orange Juice, .125 cup (remove)

Directions

Heat chicken broth, oil, and salt until boiling. Add couscous and raisins, stir, remove from heat and cover. Let rest until all liquid has been absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork, add cinnamon and orange juice. Use fork to mix until combined. Set aside.
