Ingredients

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cubed or shredded
    1 large onion finely chopped or minced
    2 garlic cloves minced
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 (16 oz) cans of great nothern beans (drained and rinsed)
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    1 (10.5 oz) can of Rotel tomatoes (at desired level of hotness)
