Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats, dry
    1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
    1/2 cup agave nectar
    1/2 cup Adams creamy or crunchy peanut butter
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

These are no-bakes. Just pop them in the fridge for an hour to allow them to set a little.

Serving Size: This makes 26 servings. I use the medium-sized cookie scoop from Pampered Chef to measure them out.

    I ran out of coconut. So a 1/4 sunflower & olive oil. Had a problem to roll together so scooped with tablespoon and plopped on to cookie and put into refrigerator. I will see if i screwed up or not. 😀 - 6/25/17
