Ingredients

    2 boxes Mori-Nu firm silken tofu
    6 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/8 tsp lemon oil (or substitute juice and grated zest of two lemons)
    1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp white stevia powder

Directions

Empty the two boxes of tofu into food processor, add other ingredients, and process until smooth. That's it!
