My version of babyback ribs My version of babyback ribs
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 rack babyback ribs
    1/2 bottle bbq sauce
    1/2 bottle beer (6oz)
    2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Night before cooking:
Cut rack of ribs in half, place both halves in sealable plastic bag with 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 bottle of beer. I like Barlywine.

Day of cooking:
Take ribs out of marinade and put in crockpot with 1/2 bottle of beer, and half a jar of BBQ sauce. Cook low and slow for 5 hours.

Enjoy!
