Ingredients

    2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
    2 tbsp dark soy sauce
    0.5 tsp chili powder
    1 tbsp tomato puree
    100ml pineapple juice (if from tinned fruit, you can eat the fruit with the dish too, lovely addition)
    1 crushed garlic clove

Directions

mix all the ingredients,
marinade the meat in for minimum 30 mins to overnight, cook in medium hot oven until meat is cooked.
Enjoy.
