Ingredients

    1 cup grated light Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup extra-vergin olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    3 cups total fresh dill, mint, and parsley leaves, mixed
    8 oz light cream cheese
    8 oz sliced smoked salmon
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

    Box of Judy G - Gluten Free Pizza crusts (Use both crusts)

Directions

Bake the crusts first as per instructions on box. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, puree grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and mixture of fresh dill, mint and parsley until smooth. Remove the pizza from the oven; layer the cream cheese, then the herb puree and then the smoked salmon on the crusts. Top with black pepper.

**NOTE** You could add capers at the end in you want to. Also you may have some of the herb mixture left over at the end so you can just refridgerate it for later.

Serving Size: 12 slices when 2 crusts are used
