Ingredients

    Pheasant, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, .25 cup (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) (remove)
    *Dried tarragon, .33 tbsp (remove)
    *chicken bouillion (1 cube), 2 serving (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)

Directions

Melt butter in large covered frying pan. Add potatoes and brown.

Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
