    1/2 c. Kale, chopped and frozen, stems removed
    1/2 Banana, sliced and frozen
    1/2 c. Pineapple, frozen
    4 oz. nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 c. water

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
