Ingredients

    6 egg whites
    1 cup white sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp corn flour
    1 tsp white vinegar
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.
Slowly add sugar, salt and cornflour while whisking at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in vinegar and vanilla extract

Spoon into desired shape onto tray covered in greaseproof paper or foil.

Cook in a very slow oven (140oC) for 90 minutes.
