Number of Servings: 16

    graham cracker crust
    8 oz light cream cheese
tub of fat free whipped topping
    1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup smooth creamy peanut butter

Mix all ingredients and blend about 2 minutes with electric blender. Pour into pie crust and chill about 4 hours.

Cut into 16 servings. These are small slices but this pie is very rich and that is really all you need. Even my husband enjoyed slices this small.

this sounds fabulous! i wonder how it would be and how it would change the fat to use a reduced fat or all natural version of peanut butter... just thinking out loud. i haven't tried this one yet, but i will.... - 5/11/08
